New employee of general office : Recent college graduates.
New employee of production technician : Recent higher than those of high school graduate.
Career employee: People equipped with more than two years of professional competence in specific areas.
Preferred: Conversation of a foreign language high level ( English, Japanese, Chinese),
    working abroad for more than two years, working career at same field
